Marshawn Lynch's court date on a motion to suppress evidence from his 2012 DUI arrest was continued on Friday to November 1.
Lynch was arrested for DUI last July. The sides will meet again on Thursday for a pre-trial hearing, at which point a trial date could be selected. It's becoming more and more possible that the case won't reach finality until 2014 or very late in 2013, which may mean Lynch will avoid any 2013 NFL-imposed discipline. The NFL will not impose a suspension until the case is resolved.
