Josh Gordon's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, is in the process of appealing his client's suspension.
Few details have emerged since ESPN broke the news of Gordon's latest positive drug test 10 days ago. We still don't know if he's in Stage 2 or 3 of the league's substance abuse program, or the length of his suspension. We do know that the NFL is capable of handing down a season-long ban for repeat offenders like Gordon, but an appeal will be heard. SI's Peter King has previously suggested a ban ranging anywhere from eight to 16 games. Gordon is expected to participate in this week's OTAs.
