Baldwin is only 25 years old and has legitimately has the skill set of a No. 1 NFL wide receiver, but he has never demonstrated on- or off-field dedication to the sport. He keeps getting chances based entirely on potential. If Jim Harbaugh couldn't motivate Baldwin, we strongly doubt Jim Caldwell will.
