A law enforcement official tells the Associated Press that NFL security chief Jeffrey Miller received the Ray Rice video in April.
It appears the NFL may have found its scapegoat, but it's unclear if that's the tact the league will take. It defies logic that Miller would either knowingly not watch the video, or fail to alert commissioner Roger Goodell if he received it. For his part, Miller "unequivocally" denies receiving the tape.
