Broncos cut Matt Prater, rolling with McManus

Broncos released K Matt Prater.
Brandon McManus has won the Broncos' placekicking job.Prater's base salary was $3 million while McManus only costs the veteran minimum. Now an unrestricted free agent, look for Prater to resurface quickly. Still only 30 years old, Prater was one of the best kickers in football last season.
