NPN stands for No Purchase Necessary. Basically you fill out your name and address on a 3x5 card and send it to Topps, Panini, Upperdeck, etc. They take those entries and randomly draw them to send out cards to customers for the product they write to.

Or send it to jaybarkerfan and he will send you something without having to draw your name!
