Dead serious dude. Put my entire 3,300 different Ken Griffey Jr. Collection on it! It happens every year, but that year it came down extra decent (about 4 days straight, so it stuck for about a week and a half). Normally it comes down and melts on impact. But it happens due to the height of the mountain (Mauna Kea). The coolest thing I've seen hands down since I've moved here 6 years ago happened the same time I took that picture from work. After work I noticed a caravan of open bed trucks driving 2 hours from the peak of the mountain all the way down into Kona Town. I was like WTF. Well on the way to work the next day I was rolling when I saw several drive ways with a Snow Man in them. Talk about a site! Anyways, bizarre to say the least.... But it helped sell the idea of the island life to me knowing I wasn't necessarily stuck with 365 days of the same weather. I could indeed drive to the snow when it happens that once a year or so.
