Gamestop has been sued by a customer over a dispute over downloadable content from a used game purchase.
Obviously all customers should know that when you buy a used game, odds are the downloadable content code has already been redeemed. He should have just paid $5 more at time of purchase to get a new copy of the game instead.
I think Gamestop will win this case.
