the number and pt in the upper right corner does it mean anything?
if so is better to have smaller number or bigger number?

I am not sure for hockey, but for basketball it doesnt make a difference.

That is indicating what kind of card stock the card would actual print on.
Smaller the number means thinner the card it will be.
96pt- exquisite, NT kind of card stock
72pt- patch
48pt- GU
24pt- normal regular card stock
