During the Invasion Angle of 2001 on this Raw, Rob Van Dam & Tommy Dreamer made their official WWF debut this night. I am not counting the time that ECW had an angle with WWF in 1997. Chris Jericho & Kane took on former ECW wrestlers Mike Awesome & Lance Storm in a tag match. Near the end of the match, RVD & Dreamer jumped the guard rail and entered the ring. The former ECW wrestlers who signed with WWF (Dudley Boyz, Taz, Raven, Justin Credible, & Rhino) then ran to the ring and turned on WWF. They reunited with Paul Heyman to reform the ECW faction. Later that night, ECW & WCW formed the Alliance (mainly due to all the top WCW wrestlers not signing on with WWF yet).
