Despite rainy conditions and a two goal effort from Seattle, the LA Galaxy were able to hold their ground to win the Western Conference Championship and advance to MLS Cup 2012.

With the Houston Dynamo's aggregate victory over D.C. United earlier today, the stage is now set for the LA Galaxy to host MLS Cup 2012 at The Home Depot Center, December 1 at 1:30 p.m. PT.
