Brooks Robinson OMLB auto w/ inscription

Picked this up today

Signed on an Official Ball American League facsimile Gene Budig signature.. so this is from 1994-99

Has the inscription Human vacuum cleaner on it

No COA but looks legit in my expert opinion..

Looking for 45 dlvd
