Is your BUCK O'NEILL auto pack pulled, what is its bv ? If not, does it have a COA? Also, how much do you want for it ?

The Buck O'Neill is not pack pulled. The only pack pulled auto he has is his 1999 SI auto.

Yes, the COA comes from East Arkansas Cards & Collectibles. The card was signed on June 11th, 1996 in Memphis Tennessee at a card show.
