Is the Honus Wagner gu a uniform, and what year Triple Threads is it from ? If it's a uniform, and you'd sell, how much would you want for it ?

I just sold off almost all my baseball because I needed cash so I have no need to sell anything else anymore. Looking to trade these and replenish some holes I put into my collection. The Wagner is uniform by the way.
