Have never seen a Mike Olt ROA, for example, even though it is on the PDF checklist Topps put out. Where can I find an accurate checklist?

Yes, thank you, but is this verified as accurate? I mean Topps SAYS all of these are issued, but I have never seen a High Number Mike Olt, for example, and another post suggests that Saberhagen and Bo Jacksonfrom the list you referenced to have not been seen, either. It would be nice to know if some of these ROAs were not issued at all...Comment

Good question. This guy uploaded a picture of a Bo auto in his blog. Not sure if he pulled it or what.

Usually, Card Board is pretty accurate. Looking at the list, I've never seen a Saberhagen Heritage card period.
Maybe someone else knows a better source?

since its release their is no evidence of Bret or Bo existing at all in any color.
on a manic mission to find out i called EVERY dealer listed in the back of Beckett. Yep.. every one of 'em. No luck and no one has heard of anyone pulling one.
Hank and Willie do not have numbered red ones either. odd that hanks unnumbered are red and willies regular and "special" edition are both blue. not quite so special.Comment

This is very interesting, Tom. I wonder how many other listed names in the checklists have not surfaced?
I thought it very strange that the high number 2013 Mike Olt ROA has not been seen, and that started me wondering if what Topps gives out as checklists have ever been certified back to them, so to speak. I don't think Topps will ever correct an issued list, so it doesn't make things easy if someone is a "completist", or for any archive kept in any database. Also, how is true rarity to be determined if nobody really knows if every card stated as issued has, in fact, truly been issued?Comment
