I bought this card his rookie year. It is not the one found in the packs. It seems that the ones you can pull in the packs are not numbered. Mine as you can see is. What you see is what it came with when I bought it. The Holder w/ name plate and the certificate. QVC exclusive.

The 1st picture is only blurry because of the thickness if the holder. You can see the card better in the 2nd scan.

I have seen several cards like this.. I know I've seen a David Justice 1990 Donruss like that but with no cert in the back.. It was numbered out of 3000 also.. And I've seen a Cal Ripken numbered out of 3000 also.. Not sure which year but they were both in thick cases with the nameplate like that..

Heres the background on how I got the card. Back in 93 I was addicted to a Shop at home type of sports show on late night TV. I bought this card along with a Classic 10 card set That had 3 Webbers and 3 Hardaways with the 3 likely teams they would get drafted by. SO this card came from a QVC or similar type of show back in 93

Found out the Deal on the card. The one you can get in the packs are limited to 9,500 but arent numbered. There are 2 versions of the one I have. One is numbered to 3,000 and doesnt have the #1 Draft pick stamp on the top right corner. The other is exactly the same but doesnt have the stamp. It was also exclusive to QVC. The 9,500 has a book value of 25.00. The other 2 are nowhere in the Beckett's. But there is 2 versions of the 1/3,000 cards.
