Rotating Banners

I am looking for an Ike Diogu banner with him in his ASU Uni on the left, and Warriors uni on the right, with the team logos in the background. I would not like this to rotate or animate, just a standard background. Once I get all of my banners ready, who should I contact to make them rotate?

I had a couple turn out absolutely awful so I axed them. However, in all the time I've put in to this I think I have figured it out well. Still working on it though....
