At least at my Wal-Mart in Southwest Virginia as in 3 hanger packs I got 4 code cards in each pack and also there was a parallel /399 in each pack. They took away the QB Rookie Reprint and the Paramount Pairs in exchange. And I got 2 Topps Game Time Cards with the 12 codes I got. Wonder if the later print hanger packs all have 4 codes or is it a mistake? If it is on purpose I guess Topps had extra codes to burn off. Any one else went to Wal-Mart or Target and got 4 codes in the latest batch?
