Hello All,
I'm new here and trying to sell my football collection I compiled in my youth during the mid 80s. Forgive me for any newbie/novice mistakes (it's been awhile since I have been in the "card game"). The collection is some what extensive and by my research, might be worth decent money (?). I do not have a Beckett's guide or membership but relied on a free site that used price averages (Free Football Card Price Guide). I estimate the cards to be anywhere from very good to near mint (+/-) for the most part (I took care of them as a kid). I'd love to be able to sell the entire lot to one buyer (at a discount) but would be willing to piece out the better cards if need be. I'd also like to sell to a private collector (honestly, I know I can get a better price that way and I think they would appreciate them more). I have listed the highlights of what I have below. That's about all of it. I did a total based on these prices of all the cards and came up with over $3300. I know I can't get that for the cards, just want a fair amount. Please feel free to make me an offer on the lot or individual cards.
