How do you get these blue wave packs?

I keep saying this a bit lightminded but maybe it is time to get serious about forming a class action lawsuit against card companies for their redemption programs. For some of these by the time they get them, they have decreased in value and it hurts us as collectors. Also, if they promise a blue wave pack with redemptions for chrome then we should get one even if they send a replacement card.

How do you get these blue wave packs?

They came with topps chrome redemption. Every redemp you get back you get 1 pack of blue wave refractors 4 cards. Only way to get them well besides boards or ebay.

I agree but Topps is still better than Panini I havnt got a card from them in 6 months I have around 13 im waiting on only 1 from topps now. To be honest the only one that was fast and fair was Leaf only problem with just buying for them as far as boxes I don't get into collage unis.
