  • 2013 Topps Chrome Russell Wilson Ref. Error?

I will assume that this 2013 Topps Chrome Russell Wilson Refractor is a misprint? It is numbered 000/499. Is this pretty common / has anyone seen this before?

I have seen this before many times if you contact Topps they will ask for it back and they will replace the card for an actual number card but the card being 000/499 makes it more collectible than even th 003/499 so i would say keep it

Wow thats cool! Never seen that either. Might get some big bucks for that. Try contacting topps and see what they say. Value of his probably wont go down any time soon so my advice is find out all you can before doing something with it.

That means in actuality that there are 500 of them! LOL so every card is a lie.

I've seen this once before. A buddy of mine had a 000/499 and asked Topps about it. They asked for it back, sent him a different serial numbered card (same player), and an auto. Overall, it wasn't a bad deal for him, but if Topps is just going to send you a replacement card alone, I wouldn't do it.

Think about it, you have that card, and it is essentially number 500/499. You have the odd one, you have the one Topps probably wants back. Further, with it being a Russell Wilson, a highly coveted player in the hobby, you have a very interesting piece for your own collection, and possibly a pretty decent payday if you put it up for sale!

Rare pull, I would keep it personally. But then again I am building anything 12/13 Wilson. But that is really cool piece to own. Like others said keep it if you chase him, if not someone out there will pay nice for it.
