    The Los Angeles Dodgers will embark on their annual Dodgers Community Caravan on Monday, February 14 and Tuesday, February 15. This year's Dodgers Caravan is themed Two Days of Community Service, where your favorite current and former Dodger players will join Dodger fans in giving back to the community. Following the Dodgers Caravan, players head off to Camelback Ranch-Glendale in Arizona to begin Spring Training and prepare for the 2011 season.
    Monday, FEBRUARY 14:
    • LA River Clean-Up, Los Angeles - 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. PUBLIC MUST PRE-REGISTER ONLINE AHEAD OF TIME TO PARTICIPATE. (WALK-UPS ON DAY OF EVENT ARE NOT ALLOWED)

      Join Dodger players and alumni, as we partner with Los Angeles City Council District 1, Councilmember Ed P. Reyes, and Los Angeles Conservation Corps/Los Angeles River Keepers to clean up the banks of the LA River in the 1st Council District. Event is open to the first 250 individuals who pre-register online. Must be 10 years of age or older to participate. Register Now »
    • USC University Hospital, Los Angeles - NOON - 2:30 p.m. HOSPITAL EMPLOYEES ONLY

      Our Dodger players and alumni will be having lunch with our public health workers and will thank them for their tireless work in research and care.
    • LACER Afterschool Program (Literacy, Arts, Culture, Education and Recreation) - King Middle School, Los Angeles - 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. OPEN TO PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS.

      LACER is a longstanding community partner, who provide after school activities to underserved middle and high school youth. We will join our community kids for playground activities and gardening.
    • Lopez Tonight, Burbank - 5:00 p.m. (Show airs at 12:00 a.m. on TBS).

      Appearance on national show promoting community service initiatives.
    Featuring: Don Mattingly, James Loney, Andre Ethier, Tony Gywnn Jr., Tommy Lasorda, Steve Garvey, Tommy Davis, Bobby Castillo, Rudy Law, Kenny Landreaux and Dodger broadcaster, Steve Lyons.

    Tuesday, FEBRUARY 15:
    • Los Angeles Fire Department, Station 3, Los Angeles - 9:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. MEDIA EVENT

      Press Conference with Chief Millage Peaks and Tom LaBonge, Ned Colletti, Los Bomberos President Phillip Dominguez and Dodger shortstop Rafael Furcal, to announce the donation of a LAFD fire truck to Furcal's hometown Loma de Cabrera, Dominican Republic.
    • Heal The Bay - Santa Monica - 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. PUBLIC MUST REGISTER ONLINE BELOW AS WALK-UPS ON DAY OF EVENT ARE NOT ALLOWED.

      Join Heal the Bay and the Los Angeles Dodgers Community Caravan for a Santa Monica beach cleanup event. Event is open to the first 750 individuals who register online at healthebay.org/events.

      The cleanup will provide fans with an up close and personal opportunity to help clean up the Santa Monica Bay with your favorite current and former Dodger players. All participants will receive a raffle ticket to win Dodger tickets, autographed baseballs and other items.
    • Lunch - West Valley LAPD - 12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. WEST VALLEY LAPD PERSONNEL ONLY

      Our Dodger players and alumni will be having lunch with officers at the West Valley LAPD station and will thank them for their dedication to protecting the greater Los Angeles community.
    • High School Visit, - 2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

      A surprise visit to a local high school where the baseball and softball teams will receive pointers and instruction.
    • Dodgers Dreamfield Dedication Ceremony at Northridge Recreation Center, Northridge - 4:00 p.m. - 5:15 p.m.

      Youngsters from Northridge Recreation Center and the surrounding community, together with Councilmember Greig Smith will be on hand for the dedication of the 10th Dodgers Dreamfield, and will participate in the field's first clinic with Dodger players and alumni to instruct them in the fundamentals of baseball.
