Here are scans of all the Basketball TTM Autos I have received in the past 6 years. I have not sent out any requests in quite a few years, but I had a pretty good success ratio. I received majority of these back within 1-3 months. All requests were sent to the NBA team address of that player at that time. Some teams had a better success rate than others.
