Wow man, some great TTM autos of the B's.

Would you be okay if I used some of the addresses you have here to go ahead and try my hand at some of these guys?

One question, do you send a marker/sharpie with the cards, or do you just allow them to use whatever they have? And do you put the cards in a plastic sleeve and toploader? Just curious. LMK when you can. Thanks.

Feel free to use any of the addresses I post - that's why I put them here.
I do not send a marker, nor do I put them in a sleeve. I simply put the cards in the SASE and hope they come back ok, I've only had a couple come back with dinged corners that weren't there before. Since I'm not doing this to sell them I don't care if they're not 100% mint.

Cool man. Thanks for the info. I have only done one true TTM to Derek Lowe, and I sent a marker and a bubble mailer to send em back with a letter. Do you do a letter or anything? How do you ask for the Autos?

Anyway, I am the same. I am only in this to get them for my own collection and maybe a card or two for a buddy of mine!

Yes, I always send a letter. In it I mention something memorable about the player - stats, accomplishments, records, etc. I then mention that I collect autos, and ask him to sign the items I enclosed. I make sure to thank him as well.
Even though many of my returns lately have come back in a very short time, one must be patient with this hobby as some don't come back for many months, and I've even seen some come back after several years. Have fun.
