I got back my 3 Andre Reed (Bills) cards in my SASE. Strange thing is... he didn't sign any of them! Any ideas? He is usually about 90% on returning. The other 10% is usually because they are waiting. I have not seen him refuse before. I wonder if it was a mistake.
