  • Here's Something You Don't See Everyday

The other day while I was putting some cards on Sportlots, I came across something rather interesting.

The card on the left is a 2008 Topps Opening day Hamilton base, released 03/12/2008. The card on the right is a 2008 Topps Series 2 Hamilton base, released 05/29/2008. The Rangers acquired Hamilton from the Reds on 12/21/07.

I'm assuming that the Rangers jersey was photo shopped onto Hamilton. I just thought this was interesting and that I would share it.

    Happy Collecting!

Yeah topps is known for doing that. Sometimes it ends up nice, other times it's atrocious.

Yeah that is common in some past basketball card products to photoshop a picture with a player's new team uniform showing.
