Piled up some Paypal and placed an order last week, I ordered two boxes of 2014 S2 but that won't be here until wednesday so here is the first order. I really like the amount of hits in Elite, and the USA autos in this stuff have treated me well, here are the hits:
McGuire 55/99, Manaea Red Ink /25 Redemption
If you're guaranteed one USA relic per box, you want to see a low numbered prime patch instead of the base nonnumbered relic. Luckily, both of my boxes had the primes!
Not going to retire on this one, but I did get two extra autos (6 guaranteed per box) and two really nice relics, so I'll live. On to the Draft.
I've bought at least a case of this stuff and I usually do pretty well with Bowman, typically getting my money's worth and most of the time much more, so these two were a little underwhelming. Again, with these, I got bonuses in each box, so I really can't complain. The Black Wave Blair is #49/50
Both Blair autos were in the same box, so while an extra auto was cool, I was a little bummed to get Blaired twice in the same box, lol. The first box had the Unroe auto, Rodriguez GU /99, the Almonte /99 and the Hamilton Mini Blue /250. Nothing great, had some decent base refractors and pulled both the Orange Paper and Blue Paper Corey Seager in box 2, lol. The Blair theme ran into my Elite as well, with an emerald die cut /25. Still, I love breaking boxes and I'm looking forward to getting my Series 2 in, thanks for looking!
