Pulling 30 names from the main 2021 Topps Opening Day Baseball checklist, the rare photo swaps average 1:531 packs overall. This means that you can find one in every 15 boxes or so.
Obviously, the SSP variations are quite rare. So, too, are the Dugout Peeks (1:1,595) and Walk This Way (1:321) inserts. While these also utilize the base design, the insert title is printed on the front and the numbering is not the same as the base cards. Therefore, the limited inserts are not considered variations. There are signed versions for half of the variation lineup, as well, falling 1:26,600 packs.
