09 Bowman Chrome Break

I broke 2 boxes today and only received 1 auto. On the box it says 1 auto per box, is there anything I can do? Has anyone else every had this happen? Did Topps own up and fix the issue?

i would contact them by email or phone. they probably will help you. did you save the wrappers and boxes and receipts? they will probably want those before helping you.

You need a receipt all the packs from the box and a upc from the box and send them to TOpps with a letter of what happened

It also wouldn't hurt to shoot them an email about the situation..
