Box/Case Breaks: Yes or No?

Just wondering everyones thoughts on case/box breaks. Are you a fan? Do you participate often?

Depending on the product, they're worth it but everyone's view on value is different. Case breaks are better in value as they give more chances with getting something...Not sure this helps but I haven't done too many to really know.
