Baseball collectors get the chrome version of 2010 Bowman which has been one of the most popular sets I can remember. By the time this set comes out - Stephen Strasburg will have a Ginter, Topps Chrome and T-206 RC, along with the recently announced 2010 Topps Series 2 #661 and the eTopps card that went live this week. Topps also has Triple Threads and Topps Tribute on the way - and considering how hot this kid is - Topps will probably throw him in those sets.
What does this mean for his 2010 Bowman Chrome prices?? Probably not much...except the supply of 2010 Strasburg's will be different by the time this set comes out. It should be interesting to see what collectors pay for the Superfractor autographs - I have my doubts that it will get anywhere close to $16K considering his Red Refractor autograph didn't get close to $10k but you never know!!
