Slooooooooow 4 box break of 10/11 Prestige plus tennis

Let me know if this isn't cool or irritating way of doing this. Won't take it personal if people don't want me to go through with this.

Basically I had a birthday months ago that the wife asked what I wanted and I couldn't think of anything. I wasn't interested in anything coming out in the summer as not into the 4 pack boxes or solo pack boxes. Also we came into some extra money, most went to savings but each took a percentage for our own enjoyment. Anyway, the end result was about $300 between bonus money and birthday money that I held onto for months waiting for the new basketball to come out. Didn't do any Update, wanted the new rookies.

So, put an order into blowout for 3 boxes of Prestige, 1 box 2007 Ace Authentic tennis, and 1 box Hidden Treasures series 3 tennis. Should be here Tuesday but today went to the local card shop and bought a box of Prestige from him since he is an awesome owner and like to support the local guy as well (when bought the box, a young boy pulled one of the Evan Turners manu logo /10!)

So I have 5 boxes of 24 packs coming and 1 signed tennis ball as an end result. While extremely tempting to rip it all open as soon as it comes, I'm looking to draw out the fun especially since won't be buying boxes for awhile anyway. I figure if I open 2 packs a day it will give me packs to open for 60 days (would open the hidden treasures box when it comes and not count to the 2 packs since it is a 1 pack/ball deal).

That's why this would be a slow break, and very slow at that. If that is too annoying I don't need to update how my break is going. Just let me know if this isn't cool cause again, won't take it personal, understand that going a couple packs at a time may be a huge annoyance to some. However if no one objects, here I go. Will list hits/numbered/rookies.

Good luck with your breaks. That is fine for you to do a break this way, but if it was me I couldnt resist ripping all the packs open the same day. LOL!

Thanks for the kind words guys. Will power will certainly be an issue but if I broke it all today it would be a test of will not to buy another box the next day! Lol, no win situation it seems. At least this way I can get near X-Mas and ask for a couple more boxes with little time between busting packs. Lol, of course will see how I hold up on this first.

I was in a group break on Wednesday with a youtuber (http://www.youtube.com/user/bmwdroptp7) and his package came today. Was fun to watch, he pulled a Kobe /49 and a Wall /99 for a couple lucky guys along with a couple Wesley Johnsons. No Turner, Favors, or Cousins. Been a pretty good day. Got home and looked for the 'Sorry we missed you' UPS tag on the door but didn't see one. Looked around the area to see if it fell off. Normally they stop by around late morning, early afternoon so was expecting to have to reroute it to work. Headed to the mail box to check the mail and here comes the UPS guy, perfect timing. In regular mail, there was a Brian Zoubek Draft Picks Rights /999 waiting for me.

If I had the money I'd try and collect a set of the NBA Draft Class signatures. Those cards just look really nice and of course are smooth with the on card sigs and no stickers.

Also opened up the Ace Authentic Series 3 signed tennis ball to reveal Sam Querrey. Probably get another of these in the future to continue to grab some tennis stuff. Hopefully hit a dual next time but no celeb, really not excited about the celeb list.
