Quick question....

What part of a Hobby Box is the Box Top? Is it the top of the box?(If so then). And where is the quality assuarance number? Is it the silver round sticker? It's a Panini Prestige Box if it makes any difference.

I would think they mean the bottom of the box where the UPC and sticker is located. To be on the safe side, fold the box flat and send them the whole box.

I was thinking the same thing too. What's a UPC? I'm not keen to all this terminology, I just bust packs

The UPC Code may be on the box. Some boxes dont have them. Its what a store will scan with the scanner gun. It will have lots of straight lines in a square box. I would send the whole box and wrappers if I were you.
