Bought 2 boxes yesterday for $60 each. Each box comes with 24 packs and 12 cards per pack. From both boxes, I did receive the full 300 card base set with all rookies and a bunch of inserts. Each box comes with 2 Autographs.
I only pulled 3 good hits from the boxes - Brandon Ingram Green RC #/149, Dragan Bender Hot Signatures Rookie Autograph, and a Kobe Bryant Tribute Card (one per case I believe).
