What's the artwork where a QB is shown throwing a football like it is coming at you and through the picture? What are they called? I have seen some with MOntana, Manning, Elway

They're called called Breaking Through, by Upper Deck. I always see them in the catalogs Upper Deck sends to me.

Their store no longer has the football Breaking Throughs up on their site, but here's one of Kevin Garnett:
