It sort of looks like a home made card. There is no company name on the card. I would say it could be from a mail in giveaway, but I dont remember mail in stuff being offered for game used items. -

I have seen a few custom basketball cards sell on EBAY where a fan would place a piece of GU on a card itself. Crazy how some people do that.Comment

I would be thinking they took the card and cut it out themselves, what does the back look like?
And why, I can't imagine, why would you fake a Mark Bulger card? That is as bad as forging a Ryan Leaf auto...
