Andrew Luck error card?

Got a box of topps Prime 2 weeks ago and got an Andrew Luck jersey card numbered 5/10 but its not a jersey,its a piece of a football!It says game worn jersey but its a piece of a football!Is this an error card? Thanks!

Is it an un-corrected error, or all 10 of these were errors?
