Rack Pack Auto??

They DO exist!! Went to Wal-Mart today (My card shop while I'm away from Dallas) and got 3 Rack packs of Platinum. If you haven't purchased these there are 3 packs of 4 cards (1 RC in each pack) and a pack of orange RC refractor (3 in each pack). That's 15 cards total in each pack total. I really like the Orange Refractors and this year's Platinum are a nice product, even though the rookie crop isn't as good as the last few years. While I patiently wait for Chrome to hit the shelves I'm going to be buying Platinum, so far I'm pleased with what I've opened. My last pack produced a Gold DeAndre Hopkins Gold Ref /50 and EJ Manuel XFractor. This is why I continue to buy Topps "retail" and refuse to buy Panini "retail". Here's a few of what I got today....

Nice! I really like Topps Platinum but I'm not buying from Topps directly any more. Only single stuff off the secondary market. Last year(before the boycott) I hitt a Brian Quick Topps base auto that is apparently SSP. I've heard Topps Platinum retail is pretty loaded with hits this year too between the rack packs & blasters.

Thanks! I'm hoping Chrome will be loaded too! I also heard the collating is off at the factory, might end up hitting a HUGE card in these cheaper packs.
If I may ask, why are you boycotting Topps?

That's a really great break! I'll post a few rack packs and a blaster box from Walmart here in a bit. I will add a few packs from the LCS! Thanks for sharing. You got me excited this morning and motivated to get things going! Thanks 90's Triplet!

They've jacked me around on redemptions going back to last year. I've had subs that have been downgrades(in my opinion) and haven't had any luck dealing with CS. I just decided I'm going to buy the guys I want off ebay so I can still get what I need for my collection but without directly giving Topps any money. I'm not a fan of Chrome like everyone else is and never really have bought into it so it won't hurt me to stay away.

Platinum is always loaded year to year. I got a rack pack from this year's product the 1st day it was out and pulled some Safety's auto. Threw it on the bay and got a nice $20, so not bad from a $9 rack pack.
