Well after waiting a year this showed up yesterday

How ever my problems with Panini are not stopping. Its hard to see in the onetouch they sent it in There is a pretty good scratch by the "es" next to foles and the bottom right corner has small peeling. I can deal with the small peeling cause I know it happens on foil but the scratch is in plain site and looks to be deep. So im going to send it back and hope they send me a new one pretty soon. I havnt opened much this year but everything seems to damaged most being pretty big dings. On the lower end stuff I don't care but when all my hits are its a problem. Then on top of that me like many others wait forever for out redemption. On a couple I have from over a year ago I have called 2 times and both time they told me I would get replacements and still nothing. Does anyone know a better way I can go about this. I don't have a lot of time Monday-Friday to sit on hold and wait cause im at work the whole time and I can sit on the phone I will get in trouble. Or is there a different/better # or person to talk to? Thanks
