I am happy that you finally settled this issue with a refund. I offer you the best of luck in your future purchases. Now I can say; "Have a nice day"!

At the cardshow I do someone made me a Favre prime patch jersey card. It sure looked real, I thought for sure it was. The giveaway was the card number was the regular version. It just showed me how easy it is for people to do it. I have it in my collection but it has me somewhat leery of prime patches if I don't see them in beckett.

ya. I think with the printing technology these days, anyone can make something look "real". I guess we just have to do our homework and try and make an educated decision if we buy it or not. I hate that this stuff is out there. makes me not want to touch plates. and I hate the thought of passing something up that is an actual plate.

I feel the same way. I'm weary of plates on eBay and the like... Unless I can know 100%, I think I'll just stick to pulling plates from packs and such.

good idea. I think if it doesn't have a "sticker" on the back stating it is a 1/1, i'll pass
