To my fellow forum members,

Today I spent several hours at a car dealership for my daughter to purchase a vehicle, of which I've been a patron of this dealership since it's grand opening. Why do I keep going there? They do a great job on caring for my vehicle and a better job in making sure that the Toshi's are properly taken care of. I believe in the human aspect of bussiness.

Now that they have cared for my daughter (She drove her new car home) they have automatically been given the trust from my daughter to continue as a patron herself. This could lead to my grandchildren and or the third generation of Toshi's being cared for by this dealership. That's what I call repeat customers.

To my surprise, as I was walking out of the dealership, I made a simple comment that I need to go home and organize my football card collection. The salesman asked me to wait! Oh no, not another hour. Within seconds, he placed in my possession a mini bronze helmet signed by Cleveland Browns Safety Dante Whitner. Now, I'm not the biggest Browns fan, but this gesture definitely won me over for the rest of my life. This is my first signed helmet, and I'll care for this memorabilia just like my card collection.

Yes, it was very cool of the salesman to take care of me in that fashion. This is my very first auto of a helmet.

That comment definitely brought a good laugh out of me this morning. Most of my purchases have a small and or large diatribe to go along with my acquired items, I hope you continue to read my threads and I want to thank you for reading and replying on this particular thread.
