To my fellow forum members,
After Napoleon BonAparte was considered fine (Fee-nay) "finished" as the language suggest, he was exiled to the island of Elba. There he lived out the rest of his very long life, grew old and fat, and passed away. The ex-Emperor died in our modern version of Alcatraz. Really? No!
Actually, Napoleon was seen by his doctor, several servants, and his many mistresses. He also became a go to man for correspondences. He wrote profusely all the while basking on Elba. Today, it has been a mini memorial and museum to the many German tourist whom go there for vacations and sun themselves on the pristine white sand beaches. Most signs are bilingual in Italian and German. They also have a very good vineyard that produces great wine due to its location and climate.
Mrs. Toshi worries too much. She felt that since I was discombobulate this week, I needed to be home bound for the week. Apparently, she will attempt to take me right over the county line into PA for some R&R. I can't bring my football cards, hence I don't want to go! I am secretly going to google to see if there's a card shop nearby this resort.
My daughter asked me that with supervision, she could stop by to take me for a walk. I told her; "Am I a F#%* dog! We both had a good laugh as she agreed that I resembled one of the canine species. Eventually, I told her to read about Napoleon BonAprte's life on the isle of Elba.
You see, I may not have a beach with white sands (I really don't care as I grew up in Honolulu, Hawaii). I may not have servants but family members are always eager to assist. So far, so good. I was missing one item, in this case two and a half...
For two months, Mrs. Toshi and I searched for a retail blaster box of 2014 Panini Prestige at Walmart. Yesterday, I suggested that since I've been exiled, try looking at Target. So, please review the highlights below of two blasters and a hanger pack of '14 Prestige.
