2014 Prizm & 2014 Valor "Blaster Boxes and Hanger Packs

To my fellow forum members,

Here in (Streetsboro, which is a thirty minute drive into the greater Akron area) North East Ohio, Ebola has been an issue to us all. So for a change, Mrs. Toshi took me on an outing to see what new products were available from either Topps and or Panini. I don't have the answer in fighting the Ebola virus, but at the very least, Mrs. Toshi and I
found what we enjoyed together. Busting packs!

Here is a sneak peek to some new products from Panini and Topps. Mrs Toshi picked up two blasters of each and two rack packs of each item as well. I'm sure I don't have to go into her mystical powers in finding the right card.

I was pleasantly surprised to find Topps Valor as an retail product. In the past, Valor has always been a mid-high end to a high end set. I am positive that Valor has always been a hobby product, hence my shock to see this out at Walmart.

Since Prizm first debut in 2012, I have been accustomed to the hobby and retail Prizm that Panini produced. I purchased a 2012 Prizm a few years ago, although eye catching, it was a product that lacked jersey swatches. I'm a stickler for the auto/jersey/patch type cards. This year, someone at Panini must have heard my complaint in this manner.

Although we kept shopping, I adamantly told Mrs. Toshi that I would like to indulge in a hobby box of either 2014 Panini Certified or 2014 Panini Elite. We both agreed that would be fun. Until then, please review our card breaks below.
