I've noticed that Walmart and Target, as well as other retail stores, have been getting blister packs of "hobby packs" in their card sections recently. With these being hobby packs, the chance for hits is greater, in theory, which also gets a premium price at the checkout (most of the blister packs are $15.98 at my store, for 2-4 packs).
