  • Upper Deck Loses Exclusive Rights for 2010 Trading Cards

Gotta love Twitter, from UpperDeckSports Twitter account:

This just in: UD was unable to come to terms with NFL Properties. No NFL Properties-licensed football cards from UD in 2010. Bummer. -TM

Meaning they don't have the money from all there lawsuits, this is good for Football cards, hopefully Topps somehow produces cards this year

    Go Panini!

Only thing left to do is for the NHL to kick 'em out and let ITG in.

Kiss NASCAR goodbye if Upper Suck tries to join.

I wouldn't trust them with a even professional Lacrosse product lol. They'd still prolly find a way to screw over the 8 customers they get lol

Panini has an exclusive license for NFL & NBA, I believe. Topps likewise for MLB. Maybe UD was better off letting someone else buy out Fleer?
