The sun is going down right now and it is still so hot here. I know everyone is experiencing a heat wave right now, but I live here in Portland and it's hot in here Portland so I'm just going to whine about it.
Done whining.
A week of so ago, Fuji posted about and artist that did some Star Wars sketch cards for him. The artist's name is Ian Walker and he runs Obsidian Studio. I really like what he did with Fuji's bounty hunters, so I decided to get a sketch card made of one of my favorite super heroes.
That's right. I gots me a Green Lantern. Hal Jordan, even. The real protector of sector 2814. None of that Kyle Rayner junk that the kids are into.
I have to admit, I wasn't really into sketch cards until recently and now I think I'm hooked. I think the card is fantastic. I might have to pick up another card or two from Ian to expand on my collection. Maybe a Silver Surfer? How about some other members of the Green Lantern Corps?
I really recommend heading over to his site and supporting him.
