First Showcase, now this.....add in the fact that they've stopped making Trackside/PP2/VIP, and they're close to losing a ton of customers if they're gonna go this high-end route. Press Pass is walking a fine line right now.

The cards are sweet, but I'm not a fan at all.

....and the pre-order pricing from one of the companies that is currently offering this product for sale........$681.00 PER box.

Nice on the eyes....but very hard on the wallet!

still...if it's anything like Showcase....I'll probably be there....

Are you serious? That's just ridiculous. Who can afford that?

Press Pass.....you fail on this one.

agreed- PP is going the route of National Treasures and Exquisite- products that, in my opinion, are killing the hobby. Its turning into nothing more than investing now, or gambling. I miss the days of nice cards coming out of boxes that cost less than my car did...

Some lawmakers in the past tried to ban card sales saying it amounted to kids gambling...I do like the new Press Pass release, but when diehard NASCAR fans can't afford tickets to a race--are they going to be able to afford this product?

Just talked to the guy I get boxes from (okay, you can call him a distributor, but NOT really...lol) and he says that this high-end product is going to blow the industry away!

Might have to put a few dollars off to the side to pick up a box......and I have also be informed that Press Pass HAS NOT released any cost as of yet....so we might as well hold off complaining about the price until Press Pass releases the "official" pricing.

Again, it IS a great looking product.....just hope the "pre-sale" pricing is bogus!

I e you're right Randy, about the pricing. I'd like a shot at getting a box, but not if it is over $300--way too high for my lowly budget. I'd have to go and unplug about 500 toilets to raise that $$
