I looked into it, but can't seem to find the right 411 for you. I think we'll have to wait on Ranbethscards or Hendricksis1 opinion/thoughts on this card.

I do not see this in Beckett (on-line). If this is one of those "gold" cards that was issued by a third-party, the value would depend on the seller and buyer.
I had a Dan Marino "gold" card that I could not move and finally was given an offer of $10.00.

Given that his uniform reads Goodwrench Service PLUS, it would have to be from 1998 or after.
Beyond that, I'm not sure. I would say that if you got it because you like it, you did alright. If you bought it to resell, maybe not so much.
