I bought 2 boxes of Reflexxions several weeks ago, 1 box all the base were damaged and there was 1 damaged auto and several dupes in the 2 boxes.
A rep at Tri Star told me to send the damaged and a dupe card back and they would take care of it.
They got the package Tuesday 2/21 and I received a package back from the Saturday 2/25 WOW !!!
Well they sent me a brand new unopened box and I think I CRUSHED it.
