MSF Rules

I am curious about the MSF rules here...there seem to be a lot of traders with one or two (or less!) completed trades yet no MSF tag on their avatars...

Is it only the people with MSF tags that are required to send first? Does transferred feedback count toward MSF rules for the members I am noticing w/o the tag?

Hey Rob,

CCW rookies are those with less than 10 feedback/completed trades and no transfered feedback.

CCW Members may have less than 10 feedback, but have transfered feedback from another site.

CCW Rookies have to send first to CCW Members.

Keep in mind, Freaks and CCW just did a merge. A lot of vets from Freaks are now rookies here.
